Innovative seasonal products delivery management software

For cooperative that organises the supply of fresh, local products with ready-to-use recipes to customers in Wrocław, we developed a software that supervise, account and manage deliveries and customers. We've created a cloud-based CRM system to control and provide business intelligence. The system facilitates supply management, freight optimization, product purchases and many more.

Problem description

Innovative forms of sales and distribution require systems that will improve as many processes as possible. Especially in the food and beverage industry, where time is critical, and error-free operation is a basic requirement. Ready solutions are not applicable in this case, the sales structure requires all functionality to be planned from scratch. Additionally, common problem with food deliveries are allergies and customer preferences, the system must take these into account and provide error-free labelling of such orders.

 


The solution

We designed and developed a software that allows extensive deliveries planning. It can generate shipping lists, provides extensive data analysis and inventory information. To prevent errors, the system generates appropriate stickers to identify the recipient quickly and to draw attention to the contents of the shipment.

By implementing a proprietary distribution system, the software improves delivery routes and allows sales data to be aggregated - crucial in further promotion and sales aggregation. The data collected allows better ads targeting, based on the habits and characteristics of existing customers.

When planning innovative software, we must consider habits and user-friendly sales architecture, at the same time, we cannot limit software capabilities by already existing, standardized ecommerce solutions. A software that sells products with a short shelf life must allow error-free inventory and deliveries management. It must allow easy waybills creation, hassle free list of purchases summary and efficient subscription system management.
